Abstract The current study was designed to assess the ameliorative and potential adverse effects of date fruit extracts (Phoenix dactylifera) on cypermethrin-induced male infertility. conducted in two phases using adult Wistar rats (n = 42). first phase a single oral dose toxicity ascertain suitability extract cypermethrin at 250 mg/kg 60 mg/kg, respectively. second assessed fruits At termination experiment, semen collected by epididymal extraction for assessment sperm abnormalities, motility, mass activity, pH, percentage live. We also serum samples testosterone follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) profiling.
